About This Wine:
Fortress Finale is our flagship wine. Made from 100% Semillon grown on our mountain vineyard (elevation 2400 ft.), this ambitious, painstakingly-made wine captures the essence of traditional Bordeaux-style wine. It tips its hat to iconic Sauternes wine such as the L’Extravagant de Doisy-Daene, Chateau d’Yquem and Rieussec while raising a glass to New World enological innovation and moxie. Medium gold, full-bodied with honeysuckle, peach, creme caramel, and a long concentrated finish with balanced acidity.
